FdA Graphic Spatial Communication Year 1

More work from the students from week 2 of the course. With the introduction of model making I can see more clearly the level of skill each student has at present and will be able to suggest ways to improve.

Brief
You must have with you the three elevation drawings of an intimate space set last week as homework.

Using these elevation drawings of your intimate space as a starting point create a series of 3D models of this space. A constructor works from 2D drawings of several elevations to help in the construction of 3D structures. You will work in a similar manner by using your elevation drawings to produce at least 4 separate models of this intimate space.

Your tutor has provided you with the materials to help you produce these 3D models.

Suggested actions for the construction process:

Adhesion
Crumple
Cutting
Folding
Piercing
Prototyping
Rolling
Scoring
Shaping
Slotting
Stretching
Twisting

Well done everyone.

Karl
